FAQ / clear answers

Questions before your first studio signal?

Everything you need to know about Form Signals, studio access, and how VividOasis Atelier works.

Do I need previous clay experience?
No. Beginner paths explain setup, pressure, joining, and pacing from the beginning. Intermediate and advanced classes identify their expected experience.
What tools are required?
Most classes begin with clay, water, a work surface, a needle tool, a wooden rib, and a basic smoothing tool. Each class lists useful materials in its modules.
Are classes self-paced?
Yes. Lessons are organized into compact modules so you can pause between sessions and repeat a demonstration when needed.
What does Fallows mean?
Fallows is your saved list of classes. Select Save in the catalog and the class ID is stored locally in your browser.
Can I change cart quantities?
Yes. The cart page lets you increase, decrease, or remove a class quantity and recalculates the displayed total.
Are physical materials shipped?
The catalog describes digital learning paths. Material recommendations are included for planning your own studio setup.
Can I ask for access support?
Yes. Contact the studio desk with your device and access question so we can provide a clear next step.
How do I contact an instructor?
Use the contact form with the class title and your question. The studio desk routes relevant messages to the teaching team.
